The ninth installment of the Mortal Kombat series will feature exclusive characters for the PS3 and Xbox360. The above video is for the Xbox360 version and it's featuring Kratos from God of War fame. How bad ass is that?!?! I had given up on Mortal Kombat after Mortal Kombat 3 and after watching that video, I'm considering checking this out. Kratos is one bad mofo and I can definitely see him tearing it up, Mortal Kombat style. Now, I don't see this getting to the levels of Street Fighter but it's a good kick in the ass to jump start the franchise. Only game play will tell if it's as smooth as the action it depicts. Until then, later!

The Mortal Kombat Ressurection
Hey there. Remember back in the day when Mortal Kombat first came out? It was supposed to be a more gruesome version of the Street Fighter phenomenon. And for a while, it looked like it was going to take over the world. A few stale sequels and an awful movie (or two) later, the franchise seemed to be on it's last legs.
