Hey there. As of late, my wife has been out of commission. Since she had surgery (more on that real soon), she's been confined to her bed resting. That leaves me to tend to her, the kids, and the house work and let me tell you something... it's hard work! Between the cleaning, the laundry, the dogs, the kids, and all other chores, I need to think about dinner. Now, let's get this straight. I'm no Chef Ramsey. You can get the same great quality meal without having to drive and wait to be seated at a restaurant. Right now, this is perfect for my family since we can't really travel as much with my wife on bed rest. I would just feel a little odd taking her out to a restaurant when I know that she should be resting. But with these great meals for one, I can give her the dining ecperience by being her personal chef and making her one of these great meals. I'm certain that she would "order" the Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo and I, the chef, would make the Cajun-Style Chicken Alfredo, cause you know this man loves his food wtih a little kick to it. lol
