I enjoyed Final Fantasy XIII-2. I love the battle system. I love the monster training aspect of it. It is a relatively short game considering that the series owns some games where you can easily log over 100 hours playing. I think that at this point, many fans either love it or hate it. I strongly believe it's because we grew up with some of the best games in the series. For all of you that are still iffy about it and don't want to pay for it, enter to win the game for the PS3 or Xbox 360!
The giveaway will run from now until August 20th. Anyone can enter, but the game prize is only available for US entries. An Amazon Gift Card will be awarded to our International winner in lieu of the game. Good luck, friends!
This giveaway is brought to you in part by my good friends at Zombie & Toys and Chic Girl. Make sure to stop by and check them out for awesome zombie stuff and trendy fashion!

ReplyDeleteHey there Starkeee,
ReplyDeleteYou're missing out on some great games. You should definitely check out some of the older FF games. Good luck!
My favorite is still FFII on the SNES
ReplyDeleteHey there Marc. The one with Kain and Cecile? That was a great game!
ReplyDeleteloved the series, played every single one. still miss Aeries.
ReplyDeleteYeah, as a young one and to see Aeris taken away so early in the game still resonates with me to this day!
ReplyDeletehaven't played any in awhile.Probably the PS1 versions.
ReplyDeleteFinal Fantasy mystic quest is my favorite one
ReplyDeleteFinal Fantasy 7 is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely one of the best!
ReplyDeleteFinal Fantasy 13 is my favourite.
ReplyDeleteFF 7!
ReplyDeleteI am not a player, but my son likes Final Fantasy 7
ReplyDeleteEasy. FF Crisis Core is my favorite. I absolutely adore Zack; and for those who think Cloud and Aerith should have been a couple: Her and Zack were clearly meant to be...
ReplyDelete(quote)Hey, would you say I became a hero?(quote end) Yes, he most definitely became a hero. Zack is also my favorite Final Fantasy male hero. Anyone who played Crisis Core just has to love his personality and loyalty towards loved ones.
Hey there Susan. My PSP crapped out on me the middle of me playing Crisis Core! I never finished it but I agree that Crisis Core is insightful as hell as to what Zack was all about!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely. I played the FF7 games after watching Advent Children; so I never knew who Zack and Aerith were to Cloud. After playing Crisis Core though, it was all clear. The movie is also much more better having the background stories, lol
ReplyDeleteIf you ever have the possibility to finish CC (if you ever get your hands on a PSP again) it's worth finishing. The boss battles aren't that hard... pretty easy if you ask me. I had more problems with the optional bosses.
Its definitely on my list of games I need to revisit! Thanks Susan!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed Final Fantasy III
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is Final Fantasy X but Final Fantasy VII is a close second.
ReplyDeleteI have to admit I know nothing about the game but my son would love it!
ReplyDelete13 is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI'd say Final Fantasy 10. Probably the last good one. Everyone after that was absolute crap.
ReplyDeleteFinal Fantasy VII has to be my favorite, if only b/c it was the one I played the most and was the most excited about when it came out :D
ReplyDeletehas to be FF7
ReplyDeleteFinal Fantasy X is a great game. I really enjoyed that one. Especially the Blitzball minigame.
ReplyDeleteHey there Jared. I would say that after 10 they have been on a steady decline. I think it's more SquareEnix experimenting to try and capture the magic from FF games past.
ReplyDeleteThe original Final Fantasy Game that started it all is my favorite
ReplyDeleteThe Final Fantasy franchise is awesome.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a favorite.. I've never played. They look fun though!
ReplyDeleteFinal Fantasy VI all the way.
ReplyDeleteSure to get some sick hate, but I adored Final Fantasy X.
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan of Final Fantasy I
ReplyDeleteFF7
ReplyDeleteI loved all of them besides II, so couldn't say--some of the noncanonical ones I've adored, though, like Tactics and Crystal Chronicle.
ReplyDeleteHey there Kaitlin. Tactics is a good one. I really enjoyed those games as well. I haven't played the Chronicle series but I think I'm going to grab those next! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteFinal Fantasy 7 is my fave.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance.
