Organization has Never Been Easier with a Brother P Touch Labeler

Hey there.  Wow... what a month it's been!  I started off this month with a project in mind:  get that garage all sorted out and organized.  I made mention how the garage is in total shambles!  How can it not be?  With 4 active kids constantly going in and out and placing their stuff all over the place it's a definitely a challenge to keep it all in order.  I used the Brother P Touch Labeler as my guide to get things in order.  Everything from bins to shelves were laveled and organized.  In the end, organization is a lot better and a lot easier.  It's still not 100% where I would like it be, but I think that's because it's just going to take the family some time to getting used to putting things where they belong!  lol  So, here are some of my thoughts of the Brother P Touch Labeler!

First off, one of the biggest benefits of having a Brother P Touch Labeler is having the ability to tackle your organizational tasks right on the spot.  When I walked into the garage, I simply pulled out my hand held labeler and got to work.  Since it's portable and fits snuggly in my pocket, I was able to manuever through some tight places in my garage and still was able to affix labels where they needed to be.  Also, the labels are simply fantastic.  They are strong and seem to last forever.  Once I affixed a label on the shelves, I knew that I didn't have to worry about them falling off.  Same thing goes for the labels affixed to bins.  Even though the bins are suffled and moved constantly, the labels seems to be on there pretty good with no signs of them coming off.

You know, before I started to use the Brother P Touch labeler, I used to mark boxes and bins with markers.  It worked for a little while, but as I mentioned before, the bins or boxes would be moved and before I know it, the markings that I made would no longer be legible.  That was a problem for me since now I had to open the bins and boxes to see what was inside and mark up the boxes again.  In my opinion, that was a huge waste of time.  Especially since you simply can't go to the bin or box that you went in the garage to get!  There is no doubt that having a Brother P Touch labeler has made organizing my garage a lot easier!  Brother P Touch has even inspired my wife to get in on the organization!

My wife is better organizer than me, that's for sure.  When she saw how easy it is to use, she decided that once I'm done with my project, she'll start her own.  I mentioned before how she started to clip to coupons but we rarely used them because we didn't carry them with us or we simply couldn't find them at the time of check out.  My wife is now inspired to have a notebook and label it with the Brother P Touch labeler to get a handle of whatever coupons she may have. Now, we're not shooting for "extreme" couponer status, but who doesn't like to save a few bucks when the opportunity presents itself?  My wife is pretty excited about this project and we have already purchased what we call a "coupon book" to start organizing!

I loved my experience with the Brother P Touch labeler.  I'm glad that I finally took care of the clutter in the garage.  I'm hoping that within the next few weeks, the family (mainly the kids!) will get into the habit of putting things where they belong.  Don't get me wrong, I'm guilty of leaving stuff lying around too!  I love to take apart and fix electronic stuffs (computers, laptops, xbox 360, PS3, etc. etc.) so I have components lying about here and there.  I think the next thing I'm going to do is organize those components in a home made shelf and label each section.  Heat sinks, DDR Ram, washers, nuts and bolts...  I can see it now!  Oh yeah, that's definitely going to get done!
