Yup!! I started 2 weeks before last Vegas trip, then when i got back, all I wanted to do was catch up on sleep so I screwed off for 3 weeks. Now I'm restarting it, 2 weeks down, 3 weeks to go, then onto the next phase. It is tough, but there is a person there with modifiers to help you out when you need it. Most days I feel like I want to puke, but to eventually see the changes in your body makes it all worth it.
I would wear them while hiking or working out to T25 to make it more tolerable. LOL

ReplyDeleteI think I would use them while working in the yard; mowing grass, raking leaves, tending to the plants.
