The May 2020 Otaku Box is here!

Hey there. I received my May Otaku Box a little on the late side. We are now in August and I just received it yesterday!  YIKES! It's ok, though. This box was caught in the middle of shipping during a COVID issue so it's understandable that some shipments will be getting here a bit late. Good thing that our good friends at The Otaku Box have jumped on the shipping issues and have done their best to fix it. So much so that I should be getting my July box either today or tomorrow. A mere 2 weeks after shipping. YES! So without any more delay, let's dig in The Otaku Box - May 2020 Edition and let's see what we got!

Fairy Tail  - Lucy Heartfilia Figure

None other than the lovely Lucy Heartfilia from the Fairy Tail Guild! The guild has no absence of lovely ladies but Lucy is definitely one that ranks near the top. A perfect addition to anyone's collection!

Sword Art Online - Asuna Banner (The Otaku Box Exclusive).

Loving this month's fan artwork of Asuna. It's showing her all of the Lightning Flash Asuna glory. I think that the art work is one of the best things that you can get from The Otaku Box. It generally showcases our favorite characters in a new light and this banner not only captures the essentially Asuna, but gives her a little edge. I love it!

No Game No Life - Wallet

JIBRIL! Got this super cool wallet featuring No Game No Life best girl, Jibril (shut up... fight me). lol Now you can show your love for Jibril every time you gotta pay for something. It's a pretty sizable wallet, too. 5 by 3.5 inches of pure awesomeness.

The Otaku Box - Exclusive Face Scarf

We all have to wear a mask, might as well show off my love of anime!

We all need to safe out there and what better way for an otaku to show off their love of anime than with this great face scarf! It shows off some logos from awesome anime (High School DxD, My Hero Academia, No Game No Life, to name a few) and The Otaku Box logo.

I absolutely love Goblin Slayer. I thought it was a great show and the Sword Maiden arc was one of the most intriguing parts of the show. She has a vulnerability to her that I think that this sticker shows that.  

One Piece - Nami Button (The Otaku Box Exclusive)

Cat burglar, Nami, graces this exclusive Otaku Box button. Again, love the fan art I love the fact that someone out there was able to express their artwork for Nami and had a button made of it. Nami is awesome thief but be careful, though... not only can she navigate the Straw Hat Pirates, but she'll steal her way into your heart.

Waifu Collection Card - Shiki (The Otaku Box Exclusive)

I'll be honest here, guys, I am not familiar with who Shiki is or familiar with The Garden of Sinners. I'll need to read up on her and The Garden of Sinners. Nevertheless, I love these foil wiafu cards and I'm a lil bit embarrassed that I don't know more about Shiki.

Fairy Tail - Chop Sticks (Extra Item)

YAY! I've been wanting a pair of chop sticks (I just didn't want to pay for 'em)! lol

CHOP STICKS!!! One of the best things about The Otaku Box that I will never get tired of is getting items that I want but probably wouldn't pay for. Hence, these Fairy Tail themed chop sticks! When I received the bento box a few months back, I was disappointed that it didn't come with chop sticks and I told myself that I'd go and buy some. I never did, but it's ok, cause The Otaku Box got me covered! lol 

And there you have it, folks. The Otaku Box - May 2020 Edition. Man, I've been really loving some of the stuff I've been getting here.
