Hey there. If you've been following me on my socials, you probably noticed that I've been posting a lot of AI generated art recently. I've been pretty hooked on it and I have found myself making more and more tweaks to the prompts to generate better images. So just like with the Zero Two AI Art Deep Dive, I won't bore you with the technical details of how I created the art in this post but I will give you the basics of what I did and why I did it. I'll provide you with what I added, removed, emphasized, and de-emphasized in the prompt to change up the image. So without any further delay, let's take a look at the journey and deep dive into the AI generated images that I went through to create this amazing image of Deku.

Hey there. If you've been following me on my socials, you probably noticed that I've been posting a lot of AI generated art recently. I've been pretty hooked on it and I'm pretty sure it's because my creativity and ingenuity (more on that later) are exercised on each session. For my art sessions, I am using Stable Diffusion to generate art. As a quick overview, Stable Diffusion is an open source AI program that will turn text to images. So if you write in, "girl walking through a flower field" in the prompt, the program will churn out an image of a girl walking though a flower field. BUT... because this is AI, the image will be very basic. The more details you add into the prompt, the more likely you'll get the image you want. I'm relatively new to this but I am amazed at how you tweak the text to morph the image until you get what you're looking for. So now that I've been doing this for the better part of 2 weeks, I've gotten pretty good at getting images that come pretty close to what I envision. Well... at least I think I so. lol Anyways, I won't bore you with the technical details of how I created the art in this post but I will give you the basics of what I did and why I did it. I'll provide you with what I added, removed, emphasized, and de-emphasized in the prompt to change up the image. Hey there. Albedo is one of my favorite anime characters. I love the personality, the looks, the character, pretty much just about everything Albedo, I am all for. So it's only natural for me to grab one of the Otaku Box Figures from years past and put it through the AI machine to see what I can churn out. The picture above is the original picture I took and below is the progression of how I came to the finished art.

Hey there. I've been away for awhile. I was a bit lost for some time. Motivation was at an all time low and I just wasn't feeling it. Didn't feel like writing... didn't feel like reviewing... didn't feel like playing video games... didn't even feel like taking pictures. All the things that I had hoped would spark the drive again...simply didn't. So I've spent the last 2 months or so away from the internet. For the most part, that is. I did spend a lot of time chatting it up with community members at The Otaku Box Community and I spent a lot of time on Tik Tok. Both of these were instrumental in finally snapping me out of my funk. Tik Tok for exposing me to AI art and the TOB community members for providing me the confidence and feedback needed to pursue this. Pursue what? AI art made from pictures that I take! So... here me out...

I just haven't gotten around to posting them. =oP But last night I decided to take the  suggestion that my wife gave me of using backgrounds so I put it into action. So I grabbed Albedo, propped her up against this background and... BAM!!! This is the result of that!

Picture of the Day - Rainbow Over Lancaster, California

Hey there. Rainbows are awesome. Saw what you will... but whenever a rainbow appears, I make sure to catch a glimpse of it! This particular rainbow appeared over the skies of Lancaster, CA a few days ago and my wife managed to capture a full arc. Actually, this picture is of a double rainbow... but the second rainbow is very faint and kinda hard to make out. Another cool aspect about this picture is that the rainbow is the star of the show. There are no people, no buildings in the way, no nothing. Just the rainbow.
