What I'm Playing... Seed 4 Lord of War
Hey there. Mobile gaming is everywhere now a days. You can play games on your handheld gaming system, smartphone, or tablet. It's impossible not to be sucked into a complete time waster (Flappy Bird, anyone?) or get immersed in total war with others (Clash of Clans). So when a mobile game is recommended to me, I always check it out to see if it falls in one of the above categories. So what's my latest time waster? Seed 4! Seed 4 is the 4th installment in the Seed series. I haven't had a chance to check out the previous three but I have had a chance to play this one and you know what... I'm loving it!

RAVPower Dynamo On The Go Power Bank Review
Hey there. Who here has a mobile device? You know... a tablet or a smart phone. In this day and age, just about every one and their grandma has one. I'm guilty of owning several devices! I have a Kindle Fire, a few iPods, and a few smart phones in our household. And you know what... it can be a pain to have to charge all the devices at once. Our "charging station" is full of adapters and chargers that it's not even funny. Anyways, when your family is as dependant on mobile devices as mine is, the last thing you want to see is "low battery" on any of them. And you knowwhat... it happens a lot! The kids are listening to music or watching videos on thier iPods, the wife is pinning away on the Kindle Fire, and I'm checking in on sports on the phone. With the heavy usage that we put into our devices, it's bound to happen. But you know what... it sucks when it does. That usually means you have to stop doing what you are doing and go to the "charging station." In our family, that means you're stuck in a corner, attached to a wall charger and that's no fun. But that's about to change now. Our good friends over at RAVPower provided me with a RAV Power Dynamo on the Go Power Bank to try out and review! It's an external battery where you can charge your mobile devices without having to be confined to a wall outlet. I've had the pleasure of trying out and testing the Dynamo on the Go Power Bank for the past week and I am now ready to let you guys know how awesome it is. Let's get to it!

The Hunger Games Movie Giveaway at Film Book
Hey there friends. I saw The Hunger Games film not too long ago and even though I hear that the book is superior to the film, I enjoyed the movie quite a bit. It may be the fact that I love competition and a competition to the death is right up my alley. When I get a chance, I plan on reading the books. Because I'm a Kindle Fire owner, I have access to the borrowing library at the Amazon book store. It's great, I can borrow a book a month. I grabbed The Hunger Games and my 11 year old daughter blazed right throught it! She's already finished Catching Fire and is now reading Mocking Jay. I guess these books are the real deal! Anyways, our good friends at Film Book are offering The Hunger Games on Blu Ray. The giveaway will run from now until Oct. 21st. 3 winners will be selected to receive their own copy of the The Hunger Games on Blu Ray shortly after that! You can enter the giveaway by using the widget below. You can also score additional entries and reading all the terms and conditions in the original post.
So tell me, which one of the 3 books is your favorite? Or are you waiting to catch the story in movie theaters? Later!

Plants Vs Zombies - Kindle Fire Edition Review
Hey there. I know that Plants Vs. Zombies has been around for some time. I even gave away of the Xbox 360 version to a winner sometime last year. Yet, I never actually played the game myself. That is, until now. I recently saw the Plants Vs. Zombies Kindle Fire Edition on sale and I had to jump on it. With so many positive reviews and friends everywhere saying that I should try it, I finally jumped on board. And guess what, it's pretty awesome! I'm glad that I managed to snag it at an awesome price! The kids and I love it and even my 2 year old has gotten into the action. He doesn't know how to play the game but he asks to see the zombies and will gladly sit and watch someone else play. lol Here is my review of Plants Vs. Zombies the Kindle Fire Edition.

Not All of Them About Zombies: A Book Review
Hey there. I need to read more. I haven't read a good book since my last attempt to read literary classics. I bought 2 books that I have read and love, Siddhartha and Cather in the Rye, and that was about it. Now that there's a Kindle Fire in the house, I'm going to try this reading business again. I think it's great that you can borrow books to read if you're an Amazon Prime member and I'm hoping to get some reading done using the service. The first book up for review? Not All of Them About Zombies by Matthew Rowe.
Not All of Them About Zombies is a collection of short stories. The short stories range from humorous to horror. At 196 pages, it is a pretty short book that can be finished in a single sit through. Even though the stories are short, they are thought provoking and the absolute best part of the book is the introduction. It gives a glimpse of Matthew Rowe's train of thought of how the story came to be. It gives you that insight that makes you want to read the stories to see how they panned out. I found that after reading the short introduction, I wanted to skip ahead to check out the story. What twist did he add? How was his interpretation of a thought was a conveyed? What spin on a classic tale did he use? The only problem that I had with the introduction is that all of the stories introductions were grouped together. It would have been better if the intro were to be placed right before the story. This would avoid having to go back and re-read the intro before reading the short story, like I did for each one.

Renew Your Energy with Zipfizz Healthy Energy Drinks
Hey there. Like millions across the world, I have started the new year with some goals in mind (I refuse to call them resolutions). The one that I'm primarily focused on is my goal to be more fit. I'm not fat, well, I at least I don't think so, but I know that I get a little on the tired side when I shouldn't. For example, walking up stairs. lol I'm been working out on and off throughout last year. I even did the Insanity workout for a few weeks. Yup... weeks. lol Anyways, I find myself needing some energy during the day. If you don't have the proper fuel for your body, you will drag during your workouts. Trust me, I should know this. I've tried quite a few energy drinks and my current favorite are the Rockstar drinks. But that doesn't mean I'm not willing to try a new one. The latest energy drink that's on my radar? Zipfizz!
