Thin Films

A variety of methods are used to create thin film used across many industries. Thin film layers are measured in monolayers (a fraction of a nanometer) to micrometers of thickness. Semiconductors and optical coatings are the primary applications that benefit from thin film constructs.

The oldest method, known as Successive Ionic Layer Absorption-Reaction (SILAR), is needed to create thin film from various substrates to produce a variety of coatings for applications such as semiconductors and solar panels. Other thin film methods include thin film sputtering, sputtered coatings, hard/other sputtered coatings, evaporated coatings, and circuit fabrication.

Loving FanDuel Fantasy Football

Hey there.  I've been playing Fantasy Football for years.  I'm usually in a league, playing against friends, but I also started using FanDuel to play fantasy football about a year or so ago.  I played in a lot of free leagues in an effort to hone my skills and just last year, I decided to try my hand on a few $1 games at FanDuel.  Mind you, I wasn't very good at it.  I would rarely reach the 100 point mark (you usually need more than 125 points to come out a winner) but it's still something that I very much enjoy.  For the first two weeks of the season, I came up empty.  No wins... but last night, I notched my first win of the season.  Here's my winning lineup:

The Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are still actively making sales for Samsung, but rumors are spreading that the company is working on its successor, which could possibly be released sometime next year. However, mobile experts say they don’t expect the new phone to compete with the newly announced iPhone 6s and 6s Plus just yet. The reports currently circulating seem to think that the Korean tech giant will most likely announce the new device at the 2016 Mobile World Congress (MWC) in early March that will be held in Barcelona.

Hey there.  It's been awhile since I last attended an expo.  I think the last one I went to was the AM2 Expo in Anaheim a few years back.  Well... I went to LA Fitness Expo as well but I don't think I covered that.  Anyways, when I read online that there was an anime/gaming/cosplay/just about everything else Expo going on in Lancaster, CA, I just had to get inside scoop!  Welcome the FandomVerse Expo!
